At BookKiddy.store, we strive to provide high-quality children’s books and a reliable shopping experience. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns only under the following conditions:
• You received a damaged item
• You received a defective item
• You received the wrong item
• The item contains missing pages or printing errors
Returns are not accepted for:
• Change of mind
• Items damaged due to misuse
• Books that show signs of use
2. Return Request Window
You must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order to request a return or refund. After 48 hours, we may not be able to process claims due to courier and supplier policies.
3. Required Proof
For return or refund approval, you must provide:
• A clear photo or video of the issue
• Your order number
• A brief description of the problem
Once received, we will review your request and respond within 24–48 hours.
4. Return Process
If your return is approved:
1. We will arrange pickup through our courier partner OR
2. We may ask you to return the item to the provided address
Please keep the item in its original packaging.
5. Refund Options
Depending on the case, refunds may be issued as:
• Replacement book (most common)
• Store credit
• Full refund to your original payment method (via PayHere)
Refund approval is based on the condition and nature of the issue.
6. Shipping Costs
• If the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect, we cover all return shipping costs.
• If the customer provided an incorrect address or repeatedly failed delivery attempts, return shipping charges may apply.
7. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:
• Clearance or discounted books (unless damaged/defective)
• Gift cards
• Bundled items where only part of the bundle has issues
8. Order Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled before dispatch.
Once the order is shipped, cancellation is not possible.
